Beam alignment problem

hello! i have 1200x900 stage, recently i move the machine and get a new laser tube, now i am trying to align it (i did it a lot of times whithout problems) and i can not get a propper alignment in all the work space, i get the first mirror align ok, then y go to the farest position and align the second mirror ok, but when i go back to the nearest position in y and the farest in x the beam doest match, i checked the alignment between the tube and the machine and its all ok, i have been two days trying and i can not resolve it, the belts are ok, the distance between the tube and the bridge its ok in the nearest and farest position, i made an image to make more clear the positions, 1,2,3 are ok, when i go to 4 it should be ok but its not aligned, if anyone can help me thanks a lot

It seems to me that the gantry is not well built or aligned. The angle at #3 and #4 may not be in 90 degrees!
Also, your machine looks so dirty without lubrication. It is very bad to the machine
