Cutting problem

Hi
I have lightobject LO-40 laser. When I send the 4x4 inch square to cut from Lasercad sofware.
The head move and cut just about .2 and stop. The LCD show “pause” and never Finnish the job.
Please help.

By the way I have 2 of this 40W and one is working perfectly

I believe that your switch on your lid is not activated. If the switch is not pressed all the way down, your machine will start a job and stop.

Yes that is the problem. I call tech support and Sonny told me the same thing. Problem solve.
