help with TuneUp

Hi everybody! I have a small problem that I haven't been able to figure out and I believe it is due to parameters settings. The problem is that if I create a file to engrave (for example, 2.362" x 1.771") when I load it to laser cad, obviously I do the conversion from inches to metric ( 60 mm to 45 mm) to make it the same size but the finished product ends up being 4" x 3". Could this be a software parameter issue or a wrong stepper controlling setting? If someone can help me with this one I will really appreciate it.
