Purchase Barrel, Nozzle and air fitting ?

Post by Greolt »

Marco

Can we purchase Barrel, Nozzle and air fitting ?

That is without the mirror support and body.

Only the components in the picture.

That is for a 20mm dia lens.

Thanks,

Greolt

The first picture is what I have. I don't know if this is compatible with what you have.

The air nozzle is 52.5mm long. I believe this is the length for a 63.5mm lens

I want the new barrel to come with a nozzle for a 50.8mm lens. I think this should be 39.7mm long. See the lower one in the second picture. (Pic supplied by another user)

OK I managed to get a barrel.

I still need an air assist nozzle to suit a 50.8mm focal length lens.

I believe this should be 39.7mm long. The lower one, in the last picture, in the above post.

That is the nozzle only.

And perhaps a HQ 50.8mm x 20mm lens as well to save on postage.

I do have air assisted nozzle for that tube. It is a different style than the picture shown. It is a straight metal tye instead of angle plastic. I can include two for you once you order the lens. Make sure to send an order notice after order placed. Dont leave order notice as we hardly can see it. Send separated note.

We are using different terminology which creates confusion. :)

What I want is the air assist nozzle, not the air connection fitting.

That is the nozzle only, 39.7mm long for 50.8mm focal length lens.

See edited pic.

Ok thanks Marco.

I will keep looking. They can not be that hard to get. All the sellers of these heads can supply with various length nozzles to suit different lenses.

I guess if it comes to it, I will make one.

Usually most laser head support 40 to 75mm focus point. I dont think that you need to change the barrel size. But, I will contact this manufacturer to confirm about it

I was wrong. I took one of similar laser head to measure and found that 50.8 and 75mm could share the same head but if the focus lens is 38-40, than the barrel size must be shorter. I will ask him how much to sell it. But it may take a while as I have made an order not long ago. Pluse, I found cheaper laser head to sell and he may not want to sell the part alone. Will let you once I got an answer
