I've received a sample of ultrasound cleaner and never tried until a few days ago. The result was satisfied with such lower power device (50W).
The ultrasound cleaner generate 200KHz high frequency to 'punch' down particle/dust that stick on the surface. Smoke or after-burn residues are stick very tight to the surface. Its not recommended to clean it with a towel or tissue as it may cause damage like scratch on the surface. That will ruin the lens/mirror and it's permanent.

I'll have 5 units coming in about 2 week

Ultrasonic cleaners typically use distilled/demineralized water.
How much are you going to be selling these for Marco?

I may not carry it as it's hard to find 110V. In the mean time, you may find one on eBay. Make sure it's 50W or higher power. Price should be $50 or below.
