Two months ago we had four tubes cracked by 'who know' during shipment. They cracked 1x Reci 80W, Reci 130W, 1x 60W, and a doa 60W. So, we decided to do change shipping method and go for double packing. We special ordered a wood case and use it to contain the the original packing of the tube with 4~5cm sponge in between the wood case and the inside box. To do it, the carton box should be good enough to abort vibration from a drop of the shipment.
We just shipped out a Raci 150W to Germany, Reci 130W to Indian, Raci 100W to Irvin, CA, 80W to Texas, 60W to Mexico
in last couple days. Wait to see if the packing provide 100% free of cracking!
To those who complained why it's so expensive of the tube we're selling. Here is a price list of shipping.

(UPS charged more!)
40W $155 + $30 packing materials
60W $170 + $50 packing materials
80W $300 + $60 packing materials

130W $470 + $75 packing materials
150W $680 + $100 packing materials

Re: How we pack a laser tube 40W to 150W
For K40 machine, the max lenth it can accommodiate is 700mm tube which is 35W. But people called "40W". If you want to use bigger tube like a 1 meter long tube (50W), or 1.2M tube (60W), then you need to cut a hole on the back end of the machine.
FYI, the diameter of a 60W may not be 50mm but could be 55mm or 60mm. If it's not 50mm like the 40W tube, then you're in trouble.

60W laser tube AWESOME PRODUCT
I just bought a 60W laser tube because my old one exploded becasue i was running it in below freezing conditions. Since then I foam insulated the shop and it stays warm.
This brand laser tube is more accurate and higher quality than the one that came with my machine...It works amazing, and I would reccommend it to anyone who needs a laser.
If you want to ask me any questions www.ILLsigns.com
Shipping was very fast from Hong Kong to CT, USA in less than 1 week! and very good price!!!!
THANKS LIGHTOBJECT!
